RD Station, a leader in technology solutions for marketing and sales in Brazil, is seeking an Executive for New Business Development - Hunter. This role is based in Fortaleza, Ceará, Brazil, on a hybrid work model. The ideal candidate will be responsible for bringing new qualified partners (agencies, marketing and sales consultancies, etc.) to the Partner Program, connecting businesses that aim for growth.

The Hunter's objective is to ensure the entry of new qualified partners into the program. The candidate will deal daily with a volume of opportunities generated by SDR and also generating demand in lists of potential opportunities. Passion for sales, teaching skills, discipline, organization, understanding of the market, and relationship-building are fundamental characteristics for this position.

The mission involves making new sales and ensuring the best alignment of the partner within the Program, according to RD Station's business model and expectations. This will be achieved through diagnostics, development, and alignment of the partner's business, building a path for sustainable growth through strategic management, knowledge management of administration, marketing, and sales.

Role Involves:

  • Bringing new qualified partners to the Partner Program.
  • Managing a pipeline of opportunities.
  • Ensuring partner alignment with RD Station's business model.
  • Conducting diagnostics and developing partner businesses.

Requirements:

  • Experience in B2B consultative sales, preferably in technology, communication, or marketing.
  • Practical knowledge of sales methodologies (e.g., SPIN Selling).
  • Solid knowledge of the agency/consultancy market in communication and marketing.
  • Experience with partner development and training.
