RD Station is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Executive for New Business Development (Hunter) to join their team. This role is crucial for driving the growth of RD Station's Partner Program by identifying and onboarding qualified partners, including marketing and sales agencies and consultancies. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, a knack for teaching, and a disciplined and organized approach. They should also possess a strong understanding of the market and the ability to build and maintain relationships with businesses.
- Identifying and recruiting new, qualified partners for the RD Station Partner Program.
- Managing a pipeline of opportunities generated by SDRs and proactively generating demand from potential leads.
- Conducting diagnostics, developing strategies, and aligning partners' businesses with RD Station's model and expectations.
- Building a path for sustainable growth through strategic management and knowledge sharing in administration, marketing, and sales.
- Ensuring partners are well-integrated into the RD Station ecosystem, aligning culture, processes, and communication.
- Experience in B2B consultative sales, preferably in the technology, communication, or marketing sector.
- Practical knowledge of sales methodologies, demonstrating a structured and effective approach (e.g., SPIN Selling).
- Solid understanding of the agency/consultancy market in communication and marketing.
- Experience in developing and training partners.
