Team Lead Accounting and Finance (m/f/d)

Job Description

AutoScout24 is seeking a Team Lead Accounting and Finance to manage financial processes and reporting for Leasingmarkt.de and AutoScout24 AT. The role involves active controlling within the DEAT region's finance organization to ensure efficient financial management.

Responsibilities include:

• Leading a team of 2–3 accountants.
• Overseeing accounting and preparing monthly and annual financial statements according to HGB and IFRS.
• Coordinating and optimizing financial processes with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensuring correct management of accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general ledger.
• Ensuring compliance with tax and regulatory requirements.
• Developing and digitizing accounting processes.
• Creating and analyzing financial reports and forecasts.
• Developing KPIs for financial control and conducting variance analyses.
• Developing internal controls and processes.

Requirements:

• Degree in Business Administration/Finance/Accounting or qualification as a certified accountant.
• Experience in accounting and/or controlling, with leadership experience preferred.
• Proficiency in HGB and IFRS, with knowledge of tax regulations.
• Experience with ERP systems and reporting tools.
• Analytical skills and a structured approach to work.
• Fluency in German and solid English skills.
