This position reports to the Senior Director of Business Operations and is based in the US.
The role involves:
- Discovering insights for operational improvement.
- Breaking down complex problems into structured frameworks.
- Driving strategic projects and process optimization.
- Developing data-driven investment theses and business cases.
- Establishing key operating KPIs.
- Partnering with executive team and key leaders.
- Bringing best practices to manage policies and processes.

Requirements:
- 10+ years of Business Operations experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field; MBA preferred.
- Excellent business judgment and strategic thinking.
- Strong analytical and modeling skills.

- Measured and concise communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
