Workforce (WF) Strategy Analyst

Job Description

SimpliSafe is seeking a Workforce (WF) Strategy Analyst to join their growing team in Richmond, VA. The Analyst will play a crucial role in optimizing service expectations by enabling operations teams with accurate short-term staffing plans, real-time adjustments, and actionable insights. This role involves shaping workforce tools, frameworks, and processes that drive efficiency and support agent time management across channels.SimpliSafe embraces a hybrid work model, requiring teams to be in the office on two core days (typically Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday) and offering flexibility for the remainder of the week.What this role involves:

• Creating and optimizing scheduling across multiple time horizons.
• Partnering on real-time monitoring and creating scalable processes.
• Analyzing recent results to inform near-term decisions and improve processes.
• Helping design and improve internal processes for agent scheduling and PTO request handling.
• Collaborating within the team and with partners to share best practices.
• Communicating clearly with WFM teammates and operational leaders.

What candidate should bring:

• 2+ years experience with WFM tools such as NICE or Genesys.
• Strong attention to detail and a bias towards action.
• Track record of using data to make informed process improvements.
• Confidence to work independently and execute on decisions.
• Proficiency with Google Suite.
• Experience working in an operations environment preferred.
• Prior experience with BI tools such as Tableau a plus.
