Job Description
Flight Club is seeking a Retail Operations Lead to join their team in Miami, Florida. Flight Club revolutionized sneaker retail as the original consignment store for rare shoes. The Retail Operations Lead will be responsible for executing stock transfers, resolving inventory issues, and conducting cycle counts. They will collaborate with other departments, communicate with sellers and buyers, and use data to analyze inventory trends.

Responsibilities:
  • Execute daily stock transfers
  • Research and resolve inventory issues
  • Execute regular inventory cycle counts
  • Identify and resolve issues with inbound units
  • Document issues and communicate with stakeholders
  • Collaborate with other departments
  • Develop an understanding of shoe conditions
  • Manage GOAT pick-up and drop-off
  • Use data to analyze inventory trends
  • Manage other assignments
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years experience in inventory control or order management
  • Experience with inventory tools and systems
  • Experience in order fulfillment
  • Proficient in Excel and Google Sheets
  • Strong background in maintaining high-volume inventory
  • Proactive problem solver with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize
  • Strong communication skills
  • Flexible schedule
  • Ability to work while standing and lift up to 50 lbs
