Job Description
MaintainX is seeking a Director of GTM Strategy to develop and implement scalable go-to-market strategies that support rapid revenue growth across customer segments. The Director will own GTM funnel modeling and monitor performance, identifying opportunities to increase pipeline velocity and sales efficiency. They will partner with Sales and Marketing leadership to develop market segmentation, ideal customer profiles (ICPs), and territory plans. The Director will lead quarterly GTM planning cycles, including territory design, headcount planning, and goal setting. They will serve as a thought partner to executive leadership on expansion strategy, competitive positioning, strategic bets, and long-term growth planning.

About the ideal candidate:
  • 7–10+ years of experience in GTM or Sales strategy in B2B or PLG-based SaaS
  • Experience in consulting, investment banking, or investing is a plus
  • Proven success leading cross-functional GTM initiatives
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience with tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, Tableau, or similar platforms
