Job Description
Babylist is seeking a Fulfillment Center Lead for the night shift at their warehouse in Commercial Point, Ohio. This role involves working on the floor with the team to ensure work is completed safely, correctly, and on time. The Fulfillment Operations Lead will provide clear direction, answer questions, and help solve problems, serving as a reliable point of contact for the team. This position offers an opportunity for growth into a leadership role.
Role Involves:
- Helping keep work moving across different parts of the warehouse.
- Providing guidance and answering teammate questions.
- Leading by example in safety and process adherence.
- Communicating delays, concerns, or problems to leadership.
- Assisting in training new hires.
- Being flexible and helping out in different areas as needed.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of warehouse experience, with at least 6 months in a lead position.
- Understanding of picking, packing, receiving, restocking, and shipping processes.
- Team player with strong communication skills.
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and seek help when needed.
- Proficiency in speaking, reading, and understanding English.
- Commitment to safety and accurate work.
- Physical readiness to stand, walk, bend, lift up to 20 lbs, and work 10–12 hour shifts.
