Job Description

DEPT® is seeking an App Product Manager to join their Experience & Engineering team in Ireland, seconded to a health services client. The App Product Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape the future of the HSE Health App. He will be responsible for managing and enhancing the app experience, defining product requirements, prioritizing features, and driving delivery from concept to release.

The App Product Manager will champion user needs, ensuring the app remains intuitive, impactful, and inclusive. He will also ensure a seamless user journey across all HSE channels.

Role Involves:

  • Supporting the definition of the App product roadmap.
  • Defining and maintaining the product roadmap based on user insight and business priorities.
  • Defining app product requirements.
  • Collaborating with other product managers to ensure a joined-up digital experience.
  • Coordinating with external partners and internal HSE teams.
  • Driving the marketing calendar of activities.
  • Representing HSE digital in ensuring the app user experience can deliver on the requirements.
  • Using data and feedback to improve app features.
  • Identifying pain points and opportunities in the mobile experience.
  • Communicating clearly with stakeholders.
  • Supporting QA, UAT, and release planning.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Product Manager in a B2C digital environment.
  • Demonstrated experience of working in environment with large stakeholder and decision making group
  • Strong understanding of user-centred design, accessibility, and mobile UX principles.
  • Experience delivering new features and iterating on existing ones.
  • Skilled in translating user and business needs into clear product requirements.
  • Comfortable working in Agile environments.
  • Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Figma, or Miro.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • An eye for detail and quality.
