Optimove, a global marketing tech company, is seeking a CRM Strategist to join their team in London. The ideal candidate will be a creative, ambitious, and driven individual who thrives in a collaborative environment. This role offers the opportunity to work with various CRM teams and be an essential part of them, contributing to the development and optimization of customer behavior-based CRM campaigns.Responsibilities:
  • Ongoing communication with clients.
  • Develop, plan, execute and optimize customer behaviour-based CRM campaigns.
  • Be in charge and create customer touchpoints via email, SMS, and push notifications, retargeting to meet business goals.
  • Onboard clients to Optimove’s proprietary email services provider - Provide training, best practices, and advice.
  • Operation of various systems – for campaign execution and monitoring.
  • Interpret data, analyse results to improve ROI performance.
  • Surface data-driven insights and an iterative testing approach to optimize campaigns, content, and segmentation.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 2-3 years of hands-on experience working with Customer Data Platforms (CDPs).
  • Proven track record in contributing to or leading the development of customer segmentation strategies.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Independent with effective organization and time management skills.
  • Fast learner.
  • Analytical and process-oriented mindset with unparalleled attention to detail.
  • Comfortable operating independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team player with self-learning and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excel proficiency.
  • Photoshop experience preferred.
  • Basic HTML understanding preferred.
