Stone is seeking a Logistics Assistant, known as a Green Angel, to join their team in Sorocaba, Brazil. Stone is a technology and financial services company focused on the customer. The Logistics team is crucial to Stone's mission of delighting customers by ensuring the best and fastest service in the country. The Green Angel's main responsibility is to assist customers directly at their point of sale, helping them with the initial setup and proper use of Stone's products. Additionally, the role involves managing stock, receiving assets, handling reverse logistics, sorting equipment, organizing, and conducting periodic stock inventories at the assigned hub.
Responsibilities include:
- Attending to customers directly at their point of sale.
- Assisting customers with the initial setup and proper use of Stone's products.
- Managing stock and receiving assets.
- Handling reverse logistics and sorting equipment.
- Organizing and conducting periodic stock inventories.
Requirements:
- CNH A or AB (Motorcycle) active for at least 2 years.
- Completed High School education.
