Dr. Squatch is seeking a Brand Marketing Lead in the United Kingdom to spearhead brand development in the region. This role offers the chance to significantly impact a growing market. The ideal candidate will possess over 10 years of experience, combining the strategic thinking of a Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) company with the innovative spirit of a start-up. Reporting to the SVP of Global Marketing, this full-time position includes benefits and is based in London, England.Dr. Squatch is looking for someone to:
  • Develop and execute a UK-specific marketing strategy aligned with global brand values.
  • Conduct market research to understand consumer behavior and trends.
  • Design and implement integrated marketing campaigns across various channels.
  • Establish partnerships with brand ambassadors and influencers.
  • Collaborate with the retail team to enhance in-store brand presence.
  • Manage agency relationships and marketing budgets.
  • Monitor brand performance and provide insights to leadership.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives.
Requirements for the role include:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 10+ years of marketing experience in CPG and start-up environments.
  • Experience in personal care, cosmetics, or beauty industries.
  • Proven success in launching and scaling brands in new markets.
  • Deep understanding of the UK market.
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
  • Fluency in English (additional European language preferred).
  • Creative and strategic mindset with a results-oriented approach.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
