Senior Manager, Marketing

Job Description

Mission Bio is seeking a Senior Manager, Marketing to develop marketing strategies for the pharmaceutical sector. The successful candidate will play a critical role in generating top-of-funnel opportunities to support the pharma business development team, while also contributing to market development, sales onboarding, and training initiatives.Role involves:

• Developing and implementing go-to-market strategies.
• Planning and executing marketing activities.
• Supporting business development activities.
• Establishing and maintaining relationships with key customers and partners.
• Partnering with leadership and external creative agency to develop brand identity.
• Creating and implementing relevant marketing content across multiple channels.
• Supporting field events and tradeshows as needed.

Requirements:

• Strong communication, presentation, and time and project management skills.
• Strong business acumen, customer focus and customer-facing experience.
• Solid record of building alignment and working collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
• 4-6 years in product management, market development, marketing or similar roles, in life sciences, or other related field (preferred).
• Knowledge/experience in marketing products to biotech and pharma companies (preferred).
• Experience working on integrated marketing campaigns (preferred).
• Development of marketing plans, general knowledge of operating plans or industry practices for promoting and selling similar products (preferred).
• Knowledge of: 4Ps, marketing communication mix, communication channels, channels-to-market, segmentation, value proposition, messaging and marketing program development and execution, content strategy/marketing, content audit, customer journey maps (preferred).
• Experience with marketing and voice of customer VOC (preferred).
