Job Description
Tamara is seeking a People Business Partner to provide tactical and strategic consulting on people and organization development strategies. The People Business Partner will play a crucial role in supporting the business objectives of Tamara. They will contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and programs, focusing on employee relations, policy interpretation, performance and compensation management, and talent management.
  • Provide HR partnership and support for strategic and tactical initiatives.
  • Foster and maintain effective relationships with leaders and employees.
  • Influence and coach leaders and managers to achieve business objectives.
  • Manage employee relations and act as a change agent.
  • Manage talent development and succession planning.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of compliance requirements.
  • Implement HR best practices for key HR processes.
  • Identify training, coaching, and mentoring needs.
  • Partner with other HR team members to deliver comprehensive HR services.
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or related field.
  • 3+ years of HRBP experience.
  • Previous experience in coaching employees and management.
  • Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and regulations.
  • Strong knowledge in KSA employment regulations.
  • Proven client management and business acumen.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to thrive in an ambiguous and rapidly changing environment.
  • Ability to set high personal goals and work independently.
  • Ability to organize, multi-task, and prioritize tasks.
  • Ability to make recommendations to effectively resolve problems or issues.
