Job Description
Club Monaco is seeking a PT Stock Associate to join their team in Boston, MA. This role supports the store's operations by maintaining the stockroom, processing shipments, and assisting with visual merchandising. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of retail experience and excellent communication and organizational skills. They will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as maintaining a clean and organized store environment. Role Involves:
- Daily monitoring and execution of back of house functions
- Supporting the sales floor and visual merchandising execution
- Processing incoming shipments
- Organizing stockroom and maintaining standards
- Participating in merchandising activities
- Monitoring replenishment of sales floor
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1-2 years of retail experience
- Excellent interpersonal skills supporting a team environment
- Strong English communication - verbal and written / Multilingual is a plus
- Excellent time management/project skills
- Strong planning and organizational skills with a sense of priority for deadlines and attention to detail
- Ability to recognize and react to changing work demands
- Comfortable and confident in making effective autonomous (and group) decisions in a timely manner
- Goal oriented: ability to stay focused on creating winning results
- Dedicated to high levels of Customer Service and Sales Productivity
