Role Involves:
- Identifying and developing new business opportunities within the unlisted stock market.
- Formulating and implementing business strategies to enhance the platform's market position.
- Managing and updating the operational policies of the unlisted stock market platform.
- Establishing and maintaining partnerships with external entities such as securities firms and fintech companies.
- Ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations, including the Capital Market Act.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a trading professional as defined by financial investment business regulations.
- Experience in capital markets.
- Experience in business strategy development, service planning, and partnership management.
- Skills in data analysis and market research.
- Knowledge of the unlisted stock market and corporate disclosures.
- Experience in financial and investment service business development.
- Experience in handling inspections and responses from supervisory authorities.
