증권플러스 비상장, a leading fintech company, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced 경영지원팀장 to lead its management support team. This role is based in Seoul, South Korea, and offers the opportunity to be part of a rapidly growing company that is revolutionizing the unlisted stock trading market.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of financial management, accounting, human resources, and general affairs. He will play a critical role in supporting the company's strategic goals and ensuring its continued success.
Role involves:
- Handling company's key management issues
- Managing funds, finance, accounting, and tax affairs
- Reporting to external institutions and supporting public disclosure
- Managing payroll and retirement benefits
- Overseeing general affairs, including HR
Requirements:
- No disqualification under the Capital Markets and Financial Investment Business Act
- 5+ years of experience in related field
- Experience in capital markets (securities, asset management, etc.)
- Experience in financial accounting, including consolidated accounting
- Experience in inspection and response to supervisory authorities
- Relevant certifications
