Job Description
Nourish is seeking an Analytics Lead to drive data-informed decision-making across the organization. This role involves both analytics engineering and strategic insights, requiring the candidate to build data models and pipelines while also surfacing actionable insights. The Analytics Lead will report to the CFO and collaborate with Operations, Engineering, Product & Design teams. This is a full-time position based in NYC, with an expectation of working in-person 3-4 days per week.

Role involves:
  • Owning the full analytics stack for a business-critical function.
  • Delivering high-impact insights through proactive analysis.
  • Building intuitive dashboards for various stakeholders.
  • Maintaining a robust data foundation in partnership with Engineering.
  • Championing a data-first culture within the company.

Requirements:
  • 4–8 years of experience in analytics, ideally at a high-growth company.
  • Deep domain expertise in analytics engineering, including SQL, dbt, Fivetran, and Metabase or Looker.
  • Strong understanding of data modeling, ETLs, and infrastructure.
  • Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • Experience in designing clean, scalable systems.
  • Excellent communication skills to convey complex ideas clearly.
  • Motivation to improve lives through Nourish’s mission.
