Job Description
Eventbrite is seeking a Director of Sales for the EMEA region. This role involves leading and scaling Enterprise Sales, Brand Partnerships, and Sales Development teams across multiple countries, including Spain and France. The Director will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding market share in key European markets.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage sales teams across EMEA.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans.
- Recruit, develop, and retain top talent.
- Implement and maintain pipeline management processes.
- Partner with Enterprise sales reps to close high-value opportunities.
- Foster a culture of collaboration and innovation.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years' experience managing sales managers and leading diverse sales teams across multiple European markets.
- Demonstrated success in driving sales performance and meeting revenue targets.
- Proven ability in pipeline management and sales forecasting accuracy.
- Exceptional leadership capabilities with experience coaching senior-level sales executives and managers.
- Strategic with analytical skills to leverage data-driven insights for growth.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in additional European languages preferred.
- Experience closing complex enterprise-level deals directly alongside sales teams.
