Job Description
Eventbrite is seeking a Director of Sales for the EMEA region. This role involves leading and scaling Enterprise Sales, Brand Partnerships, and Sales Development teams across multiple countries, including Spain and France. The Director will develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share. They will also provide leadership by recruiting, developing, and retaining top talent, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous development.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a high-performing sales organization across EMEA.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
- Recruit, develop, and retain top talent.
- Implement and maintain rigorous pipeline management processes.
- Partner with Enterprise sales reps to close high-value opportunities.
- Foster a culture of collaboration and innovation.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years' experience managing sales managers and leading diverse, multilingual sales teams across multiple European markets, particularly in Spain and France.
- Demonstrated success in driving sales performance and exceeding revenue targets.
- Proven ability in pipeline management and sales forecasting accuracy.
- Exceptional leadership capabilities with experience coaching senior-level sales executives and managers.
- Highly strategic with strong analytical skills.
- Positive, proactive mindset.
- Fluency in English required; proficiency in additional European languages (particularly Spanish or French) strongly preferred.
- Experience closing complex enterprise-level deals directly alongside sales teams.
