Job Description
Eventbrite is seeking a Director of Sales for the EMEA region. This role involves leading and scaling Enterprise Sales, Brand Partnerships, and Sales Development teams across multiple countries, including Spain and France. The Director will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding market share across key European markets.Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a high-performing sales organization across EMEA.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
  • Recruit, develop, and retain top talent.
  • Implement and maintain rigorous pipeline management processes.
  • Partner closely with Enterprise sales reps, providing coaching and strategic guidance.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration and innovation.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience managing sales managers and leading diverse, multilingual sales teams across multiple European markets.
  • Demonstrated success in driving sales performance and exceeding revenue targets.
  • Proven ability in pipeline management and sales forecasting accuracy.
  • Exceptional leadership capabilities, with experience coaching senior-level sales executives and managers.
  • Highly strategic, with strong analytical skills.
  • Positive, proactive mindset.
  • Fluency in English required; proficiency in additional European languages (particularly Spanish or French) strongly preferred.
  • Experience closing complex enterprise-level deals directly alongside sales teams.
