Eventbrite is seeking a EMEA Senior Sales Manager to lead a team of Business Development Managers and drive individual success. The Senior Sales Manager will be responsible for driving performance, ensuring a strong pipeline of prospective clients, developing action plans, and co-selling strategically. They will execute the GTM strategy for acquiring new creators, guide proposal preparation, and participate in pitch presentations and negotiations. The role involves reporting on team success and challenges, working cross-functionally with EMEA Commercial Management and Customer Success teams, and hiring and coaching BDMs.
Responsibilities: - Lead a team of Business Development Managers.
- Drive performance and ensure a strong pipeline of prospective clients.
- Develop action plans and co-sell strategically.
- Execute the GTM strategy for acquiring new creators.
- Guide proposal preparation and participate in pitch presentations and negotiations.
- Report on team success and challenges.
- Work cross-functionally with EMEA Commercial Management and Customer Success teams.
- Hire and coach BDMs.
Requirements: - Mid-market experience.
- 7+ years in sales.
- 3+ years in Sales Leadership/Management roles.
- Successful track record in Sales within the SaaS, Technology, or Ticketing industry.
- Strong leadership skills: communication, influence, and empathy.
- Experience managing and executing on metrics and quotas.
- A proven track record of over-performance.
- Analytical ability to understand and report periodical team performance to company leadership.
