Job Description

PsiBufet is seeking a Junior Packaging Operator to join their team in Zabrze. The company is building a new production facility and needs dedicated individuals for production, warehouse, and packaging roles. PsiBufet believes in providing the best for dogs and values a positive and engaged team.

Role Involves:

• Unpacking, packing, loading, and unloading goods.
• Monitoring the production line and assisting the Machine Operator.
• Supporting the production or warehouse team.
• Ensuring product quality and compliance with specifications.
• Adhering to standards and key performance indicators.
• Maintaining cleanliness, safety, and hygiene.

Requirements:

• Willingness to work in a cool environment.
• Ability to perform active work (bending, lifting, standing).
• Availability for shift work (12 hours).
• Sanitary-epidemiological certificate (PsiBufet covers the cost if needed).
• Communicative Polish language skills.
• Commitment to food quality and safety.
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus.
• Positive attitude and team spirit.
• Resilience and flexibility.
• Love for dogs.
