PsiBufet is seeking a dedicated Operator Produkcji to join their team in Zabrze. The company is building a new production facility and needs individuals passionate about providing high-quality food for dogs. The Operator Produkcji will be responsible for preparing ingredients, operating production lines, and ensuring product quality.

Role involves:

• Preparing ingredients for production and mixing recipes
• Maintaining cleanliness of machines and equipment
• Operating and retooling the production line
• Controlling quality and ensuring products meet specifications
• Adhering to established standards and key performance indicators
• Participating in review meetings
• Maintaining order, safety, and hygiene at work
• Performing tasks related to order packing

Requirements:

• Experience in a similar position as a Production Operator
• Willingness to work in a cool environment
• Availability to work in a shift system (12h)
• Communicative knowledge of Polish
• Commitment to food quality and safety
• Sanitary-epidemiological certificate (cost covered if not available)
• Willingness to bring a positive attitude and create a pleasant atmosphere
• Resilience and flexibility to face difficult challenges
• Love for dogs
