Project Manager, New Business

Job Description

Viral Nation is seeking a highly organized and mature Project Manager to join their Project Management Office (PMO). This role is internal-facing and focuses on ensuring cross-functional alignment and execution across strategy, business development, creative, and paid media teams. While not client-facing, the role is essential for maintaining clear, on-track, and collaborative internal operations.Responsibilities include:

• Reviewing incoming project briefs
• Scheduling and coordinating kickoff calls
• Creating and maintaining detailed workback schedules
• Tracking project milestones and deadlines
• Proactively flagging risks or delays
• Communicating changes to stakeholders
• Managing folder structures and project-specific channels
• Maintaining centralized documentation
• Serving as the point person for project status updates

Requirements:

• 3–5+ years in project coordination, operations, or agency roles
• Experience in influencer marketing, strategy, or business development is highly valued
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Strong communicator with high EQ and stakeholder management instincts
• Proficient in project management platforms (e.g., Monday.com, Jira, Kantata)
• Experienced with Google Workspace tools (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive)
