Outlier is seeking experienced software engineers to train AI models by providing human feedback, specifically to enhance the coding capabilities of generative AI models. This role involves working on diverse problems and engaging with these models as they learn to code. Previous AI experience is not required.This is a freelance opportunity which is completely remote with flexible hoursRole Involves:
- Crafting and answering computer science questions to train AI models.
- Evaluating and ranking code generated by AI models.
- Currently enrolled in or completed a bachelor's degree or higher in computer science at a selective institution.
- Proficiency working with one or more of the following languages: Java, Python, JavaScript / TypeScript, C++, Swift, and Verilog.
- Excellent attention to detail, including grammar, punctuation, and style guidelines.
- Flexible, remote work.
