Quality Improvement Nurse (RN) - Facility Site Review

Job Description

Central California Alliance for Health is seeking a Quality Improvement Nurse (RN) for a Facility Site Review role. This position involves developing and managing healthcare strategies, participating in audits, and evaluating patient safety issues. The Quality Improvement Nurse will collaborate with internal stakeholders, network providers, and community partners to improve member health outcomes. The role involves:

• Developing and managing healthcare strategies
• Participating in local, regional, and state audits
• Evaluating patient safety and quality issues
• Communicating findings to stakeholders

Requirements include:

• Current, unrestricted RN license in California
• Certified Site Reviewer certification (within one year of hire)
• Associate’s degree in Nursing (Bachelor’s preferred)
• Minimum of five years of RN experience in acute or primary care
• Knowledge of clinical nursing principles and healthcare delivery systems
