Follett Software, a company focused on providing administrative software solutions to K-12 school districts, is seeking an Account Executive to sell MasterLibrary. This is a fully remote, full-time position where the Account Executive will play a vital role in introducing prospects to MasterLibrary products and conducting product demos.
Responsibilities: - Learn and demonstrate a fundamental understanding of MasterLibrary software.
- Prospect for new clients through outbound calling and lead follow-up.
- Develop creative campaigns and strategies to reach target prospects.
- Uncover and qualify new opportunities by probing for needs and understanding requirements.
- Prepare and host product demonstrations and negotiate contracts.
- Manage the sales process using SalesForce.
- Overcome objections and drive prospective customers into the sales funnel.
- Achieve weekly, monthly, and quarterly metrics.
- Contribute to strategic weekly sales and training meetings.
Requirements: - 2-5 years of sales experience selling Facilities Management software (preferred).
- Experience thriving in a metrics-driven environment.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage numerous sales.
- Self-motivated, competitive, and disciplined.
- Exceptional attention to detail, task management, and organizational skills.
- Professional phone presence and excellent communication skills.
- Prior experience with a CRM (Salesforce strongly preferred).
