Role involves:
- Serving as a leadership figure for the store.

- Maintaining exceptional operational standards.
- Coordinating in-shop events.
- Evaluating and developing store associates.
- Managing scheduling, time off, and payroll.
- Providing thorough training to team members.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail store management.
- Proven understanding of all facets of retail.
- Experience executing small-scale events.
- Willingness to work during peak business periods.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Entrepreneurial thinker with a can-do attitude.
- Knowledge and experience with POS and Inventory Management systems.
- Comfortable training and developing employees.
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects (20 pounds or more).
