Job Description
Mach49 is seeking a Sales Associate to drive pipeline growth and client engagement across Saudi Arabia. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is eager to learn and grow in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment. The Sales Associate will work closely with the Managing Partner – GCC and senior delivery and BD teams to support outreach efforts, track leads, coordinate meetings, and build relationships with stakeholders in the region. They will also help maintain CRM accuracy and assist in preparing for high-impact engagements.
Role Involves:
- Identifying and qualifying new leads through targeted outreach.
- Maintaining organized records and updating CRM (HubSpot).
- Coordinating meetings, scheduling, and follow-up logistics.
- Supporting preparation and formatting of documents, proposals, and translations.
- Assisting with workshops, salons, and other client-facing events.
- Monitoring procurement platforms and local news for relevant tender or collaboration opportunities.
Requirements:
- 2–4 years in sales coordination, CRM-based outreach, or business development support.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Fluent in Arabic and English; professional and proactive communication style.
- Comfortable using CRM tools and collaboration platforms (e.g., Google Workspace, HubSpot).
- Self-starter with a growth mindset and service-oriented approach.
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
- Relationships or familiarity with the local government or enterprise ecosystem a plus.
- Non-Saudi candidates must hold a valid Iqama.
