Job Description
Mach49 is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead its brand strategy and communications in Saudi Arabia. This role focuses on shaping the company's local voice, building market awareness, and ensuring its positioning resonates with senior audiences and institutions advancing Vision 2030. The Marketing Manager will report to the Managing Partner – GCC and play a key role in defining how Mach49 shows up across Saudi Arabia’s innovation ecosystem.Role involves:
- Developing and leading localized marketing strategies aligned with Mach49’s global brand and regional growth goals
- Creating compelling thought leadership content, including articles, executive comms, and social media messaging
- Building relationships with local media, journalists, and ecosystem enablers to increase earned visibility
- Executing Saudi-specific campaigns that reflect cultural nuance and drive engagement with priority audiences
- Serving as a brand steward — ensuring all communications reflect Saudi business culture and social context
- Localizing visual assets, presentations, and messaging for the market
- Collaborating cross-functionally to align messaging with venture launches, client activations, and strategic engagements
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, communications, or brand strategy within Saudi Arabia
- Deep knowledge of Saudi cultural dynamics and innovation landscape
- A strong personal or professional network within KSA
- Fluency in Arabic and English
- Experience in startups, accelerators, or venture-building environments a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred
- Must be a Saudi National
