Job Description

Mach49 is seeking an Entrepreneur-in-Residence to drive innovation for global businesses in Saudi Arabia. The Entrepreneur-in-Residence will provide strategic and operational leadership to early-stage innovation teams, guiding them from ideation to launch. They will collaborate with teams to generate ideas, validate opportunities, and develop new venture concepts. The role involves creating business models, go-to-market strategies, and operational plans, as well as supporting product development and early-stage growth efforts.Role involves:

• Providing strategic and operational leadership to early-stage innovation teams
• Collaborating with teams to generate ideas and validate opportunities
• Leading the creation of business models and go-to-market strategies
• Supporting product development and early-stage growth efforts
• Mentoring emerging talent and helping teams internalize a founder mindset

Requirements:

• 6+ years of experience in an entrepreneurial or innovation leadership role
• Deep understanding of the end-to-end innovation process
• Experience leading the development of new ventures and internal offerings
• Strong business acumen and strategic thinking
• Ability to work across stakeholder groups and communicate clearly
• Comfortable in high-ambiguity, high-velocity environments
• Fluent in Arabic and English
• Based in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia; willing to travel within the GCC
• Non-Saudi candidates must hold a valid Iqama
