Outlier is seeking a skilled software engineer to help train AI models. The role involves collaborating with organizations to develop capabilities in large language models and AI generative models. The projects involve a variety of problems requiring interaction with the models during their learning process. Previous AI experience is not required.
Responsibilities:
- Creating and writing computer science questions to train AI models.
- Assessing and rating code generated by AI models.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in computer science from a selective institution.
- Proficiency in one or more of the following languages: Java, Python, JavaScript / TypeScript, C++, Swift, Verilog.
- Exceptional attention to detail, including grammar, punctuation, and style guidelines.
