Job Description
Oklo Inc. is seeking an Associate Project Manager to support the execution of complex, cross-functional projects. The Associate Project Manager will manage project communication, scope, and delivery. This role involves defining deliverables, coordinating internal teams, engaging with external partners, and maintaining communication with senior leadership.

Role involves:
  • Managing capital projects, including developing statements of work and maintaining Gantt charts.
  • Managing vendors and contracts, monitoring timelines and budgets.
  • Serving as the central point of communication for project updates.
  • Collaborating with Finance to provide budget updates and mitigate risks.
  • Coordinating with Engineering and Quality Assurance to define acceptance criteria.
  • Fostering accountability across project teams.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, project management, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in project management.
  • Experience managing large ($10+ Million) capital projects.
  • Proficiency in MS Project, SmartSheets, or other project management software.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Oklo Inc. is focused on developing fast fission power plants, delivering clean and affordable energy at scale. The company is also establishing a domestic supply chain for critical radioisotopes and advancing nuclear fuel recycling to convert nuclear waste into clean energy. Oklo has secured a site use permit from the U.S. Department of Energy for a commercial advanced fission plant. It was awarded fuel material from Idaho National Laboratory and submitted a combined license application for an advanced reactor to the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission.
