Savoy Life, a healthcare startup focused on improving senior living, is seeking a Resident Care Coordinator (RCC) to provide clinical and operations support within senior living communities in and around Spokane, Washington. The Resident Care Coordinator will work closely with an assigned Savoy Life RN as well as on-site senior living community teams to improve resident outcomes as well as a virtual provider.Role involves:
- Scheduling patient visits in the EHR
- Answering calls and managing communications
- Entering data and maintaining records
- Identifying and managing health plan insurance
- Coordinating patient care
- Managing telehealth visits
- Supporting ongoing care with resident visits
- Driving engagement with residents and families
Requirements:
- High School Diploma / GED (or higher)
- 2+ years of experience in healthcare with a focus on care coordination and healthcare administrative support
- Medical Assistant, Patient Care Technician, or equivalent certification preferred, otherwise 5+ years of healthcare experience
- Experience in geriatric care or senior living community is highly desirable
- Valid and current driver's license
- Excellent electronic medical record (EMR) documentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks
