Job Description
Reddit is seeking a talented Channel Partnerships Lead to expand its Channel Partner Sales business in the EMEA/MENA region. This role involves collaborating with global reseller partners to launch and grow Reddit in new international markets. The ideal candidate possesses extensive market knowledge and experience within the Partner Sales ecosystem, with a proven track record of coaching, motivating, and educating partner sales teams to achieve revenue targets. This role is a key part of Reddit’s business strategy, forging world-class global partnerships with Channel Partners and regional brands.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage and co-sell with Sales Partners across the EMEA/MENA region.
  • Enable local partners at scale and work closely with scaled sales teams.
  • Translate partner needs by collaborating with Product and Marketing.
  • Define sales strategy and tactics for markets to drive revenue growth.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and the competitive landscape.
  • Hold partners accountable by tracking achievement toward revenue targets.
  • Identify new partnership opportunities.
  • Represent Reddit in emerging markets.

Requirements:
  • 8+ years of experience managing a sales pipeline & driving revenue within digital ads.
  • Deep knowledge of the digital advertising ecosystem.
  • Experience working with brands and channel partners in the EMEA and MENA regions.
  • Familiarity with the ads reseller ecosystem.
  • Demonstrated high achievement against sales targets.
  • Customer-centric approach and commercial acumen.
  • Motivated self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • A passion for Reddit.
