Client Account Executive, Mid-Market

Job Description

Reddit is seeking a Client Account Executive to join their Mid-Market team in Toronto. The Client Account Executive will manage and grow a portfolio of mid-market advertisers, serving as the primary contact for both clients and agencies. They will drive advertiser activation, retention, and revenue growth through strategic consultation and performance analysis. This role involves working closely with Account Strategists to implement and optimize campaigns, monitor key metrics, and provide actionable recommendations.

• Own and grow a book of mid-market advertisers.
• Drive advertiser activation, retention, and revenue growth.
• Lead strategic sales conversations.
• Work with Account Strategists to implement and optimize campaigns.
• Monitor and report on key campaign metrics.
• Identify and communicate product feedback and market insights.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to hit revenue targets.
• Cultivate strong client relationships.
• Shape scaled sales methodologies and best practices.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in digital media sales, account management, or paid social strategy.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
• Strong understanding of the customer marketing funnel and digital advertising landscape.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Highly analytical.
• Motivated self-starter.
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
