Client Account Executive, Mid-Market (AppDev)

Job Description

Reddit is seeking a Client Account Executive to join their Mid-Market team in North America. This role focuses on supporting a growing portfolio of advertisers looking to expand their businesses through Reddit's communities. The Client Account Executive will have complete ownership of growing and retaining their book of business within the AppDev segment. They will lead strategic discussions, guide campaign execution, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure app-first advertisers achieve success on Reddit. This position requires in-person work from the New York office 1–2 days per week.Responsibilities:

• Own and grow a book of mid-market advertisers.
• Drive advertiser activation, retention, and revenue growth.
• Initiate and lead strategic sales conversations.
• Work with Account Strategists to implement and optimize campaigns.
• Monitor and report on key campaign metrics.
• Identify and communicate product feedback and market insights.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to hit revenue targets.
• Cultivate strong client relationships.
• Shape scaled sales methodologies and best practices.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in digital media sales, account management, or paid social strategy.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
• Deep understanding of the mobile app advertising ecosystem.
• Familiarity with mobile measurement providers (MMPs).
• Strong understanding of the customer marketing funnel and digital advertising landscape.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Highly analytical.
• Motivated self-starter.
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
• Must have a minimum of 1 year in current role (less than one year can be considered if the applicant currently sits within the same team)
• Must be at the IC3 level or higher in your current role
• Must be able to commute to the office where the role is listed 1-2 days per week
