Job Description
Reddit is seeking a Client Account Executive to join their Mid-Market team in North America. This individual will be responsible for growing and retaining a book of business across the AppDev segment. The Client Account Executive will drive strategic conversations, guide campaign execution, and partner cross-functionally to help app-first advertisers succeed on Reddit. This role requires in-person work from the San Francisco office 1–2 days per week.
Responsibilities: - Own and grow a book of mid-market advertisers.
- Drive advertiser activation, retention, and revenue growth.
- Initiate and lead strategic sales conversations.
- Work with Account Strategists to implement and optimize campaigns.
- Monitor and report on key campaign metrics.
- Identify and communicate product feedback and market insights.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to hit and exceed quarterly revenue targets.
- Cultivate strong client relationships.
- Serve as a foundational hire shaping scaled sales methodologies and best practices.
Requirements: - 5+ years of experience in digital media sales, account management, or paid social strategy.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
- Deep understanding of the mobile app advertising ecosystem.
- Familiarity with mobile measurement providers (MMPs).
- Strong understanding of the customer marketing funnel, auction dynamics, and digital advertising landscape.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Highly analytical.
- Motivated self-starter.
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
