Client Account Executive, Mid-Market (AppDev)

Job Description

Reddit is seeking a Client Account Executive to join their Mid-Market team in North America. This individual will be responsible for growing and retaining a book of business across the AppDev segment. The Client Account Executive will drive strategic conversations, guide campaign execution, and partner cross-functionally to help app-first advertisers succeed on Reddit. This role requires in-person work from the San Francisco office 1–2 days per week.Responsibilities:

• Own and grow a book of mid-market advertisers.
• Drive advertiser activation, retention, and revenue growth.
• Initiate and lead strategic sales conversations.
• Work with Account Strategists to implement and optimize campaigns.
• Monitor and report on key campaign metrics.
• Identify and communicate product feedback and market insights.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to hit and exceed quarterly revenue targets.
• Cultivate strong client relationships.
• Serve as a foundational hire shaping scaled sales methodologies and best practices.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in digital media sales, account management, or paid social strategy.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
• Deep understanding of the mobile app advertising ecosystem.
• Familiarity with mobile measurement providers (MMPs).
• Strong understanding of the customer marketing funnel, auction dynamics, and digital advertising landscape.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Highly analytical.
• Motivated self-starter.
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
