Job Description
Reddit is seeking a Senior Client Partner to join their Mid-Market team in New York City. This role involves building relationships with key brands and ensuring they meet their business objectives using Reddit's advertising suite. The Client Partner will act as the CEO of their book of business, taking full ownership of strategic bets and revenue forecasting. This position requires in-person work from the NYC office 1-2 days per week.

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with clients to deliver Reddit solutions.
  • Identify additional opportunities within existing client relationships.
  • Create long-term partnerships between customers and Reddit.
  • Manage strategic bets and revenue forecasting.
  • Communicate feedback on sales processes and products.
  • Proactively manage and deepen relationships with advertising partners.
  • Establish relationships with new clients, educating them on Reddit ads.
  • Leverage data to inform client strategies and pitch proposals.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for platform updates.
  • Provide strategic advice to grow client relationships.
  • Shape Reddit’s ads product roadmap by sharing client feedback.
  • Mentor and train other team members.

Requirements:
  • 8-12 years of experience in digital media with at least 4-7 years in sales.
  • Experience managing relationships with C-level executives.
  • Deep industry expertise in specific verticals and measurement solutions.
  • Existing relationships within the agency and client direct space.
  • Subject matter expertise in social media and native advertising.
  • Experience building and executing long-term account growth strategies.
  • Ability to lead special projects.
  • Positive outlook and team player.
  • BA / BS degree or equivalent work experience.
