Outlier is seeking a Remote Software Engineering Consultant to assist in training AI models. The consultant will collaborate with cutting-edge generative AI models, helping them refine their coding abilities by working on real-world engineering problems. This is a freelance opportunity.
The role involves:
- Crafting and answering questions related to computer science & software engineering in order to help train AI models
- Evaluating and ranking code generated by AI models
- Co-piloting with an AI model while creating, debugging, and improving production level code
The ideal candidate should possess:
- Ability to articulate complex concepts fluently in Danish (required)
- Proficiency working with two or more of the the following languages: Java, Python, JavaScript / TypeScript, C++, Swift, or Verilog
- 3+ years of experience in software development / engineering ideally at a fast paced tech company with high coding standards
