Job Description
Ocado Technology is seeking an IT Project Manager for a 12-month Fixed Term Contract. The role involves managing technical projects, including infrastructure and application delivery, across Ocado Group's global IT service portfolio. The IT Project Manager will be responsible for the delivery of core IT services which enable Ocado group as a whole to deliver on its missions.
Role involves: - Managing multiple IT projects concurrently.
- Creating and maintaining project documents.
- Coordinating resources and managing stakeholder relationships.
- Gathering requirements and defining project plans.
- Managing project risks and issues.
- Tracking progress against targets and managing budgets.
- Identifying process improvements.
- Overseeing change management activity.
- Ensuring change is managed into 'business as usual'.
- Regular reporting on project KPIs.
Requirements: - Minimum 7 years in an IT project management role.
- Experience managing Enterprise applications implementation and remediation projects.
- Experience with SaaS and cloud applications.
- Experience managing stakeholders and teams across multiple geographical regions.
- Experience presenting to Executive level steering committees.
- Demonstrable experience of handling cross project interdependencies.
- Experience managing projects through the full project lifecycle.
- Formal Project Management qualification (Prince2 Practitioner, PMP or similar).
- Excellent presentation, written and verbal interpersonal skills.
- Excellent critical reasoning, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
