Job Description
MATTE, a 360° full-service creative studio, is seeking a Client Supervisor to join their team. The Client Supervisor will report to the Group Client Director and will participate in developing strategies and communication plans for clients. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and be able to diagnose issues and influence long-term solutions for clients.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain day-to-day relationships with clients.
- Ensure accounts are running smoothly and efficiently.
- Manage new leads, RFPs, and client proposals.
- Represent MATTE at client meetings and functions.
- Manage project execution and production of marketing programs.
- Develop insights and formulate strategy with teams.
- Create succinct and insightful briefs for all projects.
Requirements:
- At least 4 years of related industry experience, preferably in an agency environment.
- Previous experience managing creative, strategy, project management, and development teams.
- Experience in music and live events is a plus.
- Superior interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Ability to prioritize projects and communicate needs effectively.
- Ability to lead and manage the team across multiple avenues and all disciplines.
