Job Description

Isaac, the largest financial solutions platform for schools, is seeking a Business Specialist for Collections Policy. This role is within the profitability structure, aiming to identify efficient and scalable paths to achieve objectives and ensure financial sustainability. The specialist will work to solve problems with a strong understanding of the business context and connect with data-driven insights.

The Business Specialist will be responsible for:

• Identifying problems and structuring solutions.
• Analyzing data to validate hypotheses and inform decision-making.
• Making decisions with calculated risks.
• Formulating policies for the business.
• Developing hypotheses, structuring, and monitoring experiments.
• Critiquing numbers and decisions to maintain a data-driven culture.
• Communicating findings to leadership and supporting business areas in strategic decisions.
• Working with diverse topics and people with different backgrounds.

Requirements for the role include:
