Outlier is seeking a skilled Software Engineering Consultant to contribute to AI model training. This remote opportunity involves collaborating with cutting-edge generative AI models to solve real-world engineering challenges. The consultant will work on discrete, variable problems, providing human feedback to improve AI models.Role involves:
- Crafting and answering questions related to computer science & software engineering.
- Evaluating and ranking code generated by AI models.
- Co-piloting with an AI model .
- Ability to articulate complex concepts fluently in Finnish.
- Proficiency working with two or more of the the following languages: Java, Python, JavaScript / TypeScript, C++, Swift, or Verilog
- 3+ years of experience in software development / engineering.
- Remote and flexible work hours.
