Job Description
Alma is seeking an Account Executive Mid-Market to focus on the DACH market. This role involves managing the entire sales cycle for new Mid-Market accounts, engaging with C-Level Executives, and representing Alma at industry events. The Account Executive will also contribute to process optimization and maximize Alma’s take rate.
Responsibilities: - Managing the entire sales cycle for new Mid-Market accounts.
- Engaging with C-Level Executives.
- Representing Alma at trade shows and conferences in the DACH Region and Europe.
- Contributing to the optimisation of internal processes to support Alma's scalability.
- Maximizing Alma’s take rate by ensuring activated merchants are fully optimized.
Requirements: - 4-6 years of relevant experience in B2B mid-market software sales.
- Native German and fluent in English.
- Excellent communication skills.
- In-depth knowledge of navigating the full sales cycle.
- Entrepreneurial mindset.
- Hunter mindset with a proven track record in outbound sales.
- Excellent analytical mindset.
