Job Description
Alma is seeking an Account Executive Mid-Market to focus on the DACH market. This role involves managing the entire sales cycle for new Mid-Market accounts, engaging with C-Level Executives, and representing Alma at industry events. The Account Executive will also contribute to process optimization and maximize Alma’s take rate.

Responsibilities:
  • Managing the entire sales cycle for new Mid-Market accounts.
  • Engaging with C-Level Executives.
  • Representing Alma at trade shows and conferences in the DACH Region and Europe.
  • Contributing to the optimisation of internal processes to support Alma's scalability.
  • Maximizing Alma’s take rate by ensuring activated merchants are fully optimized.

Requirements:
  • 4-6 years of relevant experience in B2B mid-market software sales.
  • Native German and fluent in English.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of navigating the full sales cycle.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Hunter mindset with a proven track record in outbound sales.
  • Excellent analytical mindset.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Well organized with a structured approach.
