Revenue Operations Analyst

Pacvue, a leading software suite for eCommerce advertising, sales, and intelligence, is seeking a highly analytical Revenue Operations Analyst. This role involves optimizing sales processes, collaborating with the sales team to improve pipeline hygiene, and providing robust Salesforce support for streamlined operations.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the sales team by efficiently managing and processing quote, contract, and Deal entries.
• Work closely with the Finance department to update and maintain Deals.
• Handle terminations based on clients' contractual obligations.
• Work directly with customers to provide administrative assistance.
• Improve pipeline hygiene, ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and consistency within Salesforce.
• Provide comprehensive support for Salesforce, aiding the sales team in maximizing its functionality.
• Support the sales team with the tools, resources, and information needed for effective selling.
• Analyze sales data and key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the performance of the sales team.
• Generate regular reports and dashboards to communicate insights.
• Enforce best practices to streamline workflows, reduce redundancies, and enhance overall efficiency.
• Enforce and ensure sales practices comply with billing and legal requirements.
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of sales data by following data and contract quality checks and validations.
• Provide training and documentation on sales processes, tools, and systems as needed.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in Sales Operations or in a similar analytical role, 2+ yrs.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office a plus.
• Experience working with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and other sales-related software.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in the technology or SaaS industry.
• Keen attention to details
• Ability to work on US and PH holidays.
• Can work with minimal supervision.
