Job Description
Notion is seeking a motivated Account Executive to join their GTM Sales Team in New York. The Account Executive will be instrumental in building pipeline, generating revenue, and expanding Notion's most strategic customers. This role involves defining and iterating on sales motions and providing customer feedback to help shape the product roadmap.
Responsibilities: - Prospect and develop new potential accounts.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and identify opportunities for expansion.
- Iterate on the contract renewal process to retain and grow customers.
- Hold meetings with prospective customers to understand their business challenges and goals.
- Run product demos to close business.
- Help build playbooks and define the sales motion.
- Liaise with the user base to provide customer experience.
- Work cross-functionally with internal teams.
Requirements: - 3-5 years of full cycle sales experience at a software company.
- A track record of high achievement, hitting or exceeding quotas.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- A positive and open-minded attitude.
- A strong desire to be successful.
- A builder mentality and ability to thrive in collaborative environments.
- Ability to operate within ambiguity and find creative solutions.
