Job Description
Aerospike is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated HR Intern to join their People team for the summer. This internship offers the chance to dive into various HR functions, from talent acquisition and onboarding to employee engagement and operational support. The intern will work on meaningful projects and learn from experienced HR leaders.Aerospike is the uncontested leader in next-generation, always-on, hyperscale data solutions.   • Assisting in updating and refining HR policies.
  • Designing and launching an internal HR website on Confluence.
  • Supporting the auditing of HR databases and employee records.
  • Evaluating current leave offerings and helping create a unified global leave policy.
  • Contributing to the Work@Aerospike approach.
Requirements:
  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with integrity.
  • Proficiency in Google suite; familiarity with Confluence, Airtable, and HRIS systems is a plus.
  • Comfortable collaborating with stakeholders and asking great questions.
  • Eagerness to learn and contribute in a fast-paced environment.
