Job Description

Axon is seeking a Product Manager to join their team in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. This role focuses on Axon Evidence, the company's digital evidence management system (DEMS). The Product Manager will drive core features, enabling customer success and Axon's strategic transformation into a software product organization. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of defining and executing complex software deliverables with cross-functional teams.Responsibilities:

• Direct and guide the software product vision.
• Work with engineering teams to balance scope, functionality, quality, and time-to-market.
• Understand customer needs and craft a vision for scaling the Evidence Playback solution.
• Generate creative solutions to technical, workflow, and business problems.
• Gather quantitative and qualitative data from market and end users.
• Present product status across the organization.
• Manage and deliver results against performance metrics.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of Software Product Management experience with SaaS components.
• Experience solving complex user interaction problems.
• Direct experience working with engineers to balance scope, time to market, and functionality.
• Success influencing and leading engineering and design teams.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and communication.
• Flexibility to travel domestically and internationally (10%).
